Cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Marked special offers will only be taken back in the total quantity purchased. The return takes place at the price valid at the time of the original purchase. The refund of the purchase price will be made in the form of a credit note.

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and has placed his order by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail or via the Internet online store, he may, in accordance with §§ 11 FAGG and in deviation from point 5.1 within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer to withdraw from the purchase contract. 

The revocation period begins as soon as the buyer or a third party named by him has taken over the goods. In the case of a purchase contract for several goods, the revocation period begins as soon as the buyer or a third party named by him has taken over the last part shipment, the last goods or the last piece. The day of the takeover is not included in the period. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the calculation of the period. The timely dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal or the return of the goods shall be sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Liquid Signature by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, Liquid Signature shall repay any payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by Liquid Signature), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which Liquid Signature received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, Liquid Signature will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. Liquid Signature may refuse repayment until the goods have been received by Liquid Signature. You must return or hand over the goods to Liquid Signature immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify Liquid Signature of the revocation of this contract. You shall bear the direct costs and the risk of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
